Our aim is to increa­se the in-depth know­ledge about manu­fac­tu­ring pro­ces­ses of solid dosa­ge forms, which is the key to impro­ve pro­cess con­trol. This final­ly results in a hig­her pro­duct qua­li­ty. In clo­se coope­ra­ti­on with phar­ma machi­ne engi­neers, we per­form spe­ci­fic rese­arch pro­jec­ts, e.g. to opti­mi­ze sin­gle machi­nes, con­ti­nuous manu­fac­tu­ring or to inves­ti­ga­te on new mea­su­rement methods. Depen­ding on the chal­len­ge, we equip machi­nes with addi­tio­nal sen­sors or data acqui­si­ti­on sys­tems, like e.g. force and dis­pla­ce­ment mea­su­rement sys­tems. In this con­text, the acqui­si­ti­on and eva­lua­ti­on of mea­su­rement data as well as their imple­men­ta­ti­on into the machi­ne con­trol is of signi­fi­can­ce. We also offer a real-time visua­li­za­ti­on of tablet pro­duc­tion per­for­mance at high speed rota­ry tablet pres­ses.
